I am a single mother and federal employee, ISO long-term house sitting/farm watching/similar idea in Loudoun County. I am a responsible and dependable mother of a Latin-speaking, future ROTC student and I'm the perfect person to keep your house and property from the Pits of Despair. I can call a plumber with the best of them and I know forks don't go in the disposal. We are staff to a Supreme Princess Cat and she'd like to keep us. She's an indoors cat, had her shots and she's fixed. Willing to take on fixer-upper (not condemned, must have indoor plumbing/running water and power). Repairs/upgrades auth & paid by owner or deducted from rent once I've sent receipts.
