My name is Brittany and my husband Jack and I own and operate We Care Horse Transport. We are a husband and wife team and travel nationwide but what separates us apart from the rest is our method. All of our equipment is new, equipped only with three horse trailers for we feel three is the max at a time so that we can tend to your horse(s) like they are our own. We have three horses ourselves at home so we are very up to par with horses. We do not travel more than 10 hours a day and we make frequent stops during transport to check on the horses to love, feed and water if it's needed. After 10 hours we board and rest and pick up the next morning so your horse and ourselves are well rested. Our trailers are slant load and high class for a comfy ride for your horses. We give you our personal numbers to call us anytime you need to check on your horse(s). I know I would want to check on my horses anytime I would like and not be left hanging. We have general liability insurance of $1,000,000 and registered through USDOT and have a MC registered number. We are registered through the UCR as well. We have Cargo Insurance for protection of your horse(s) too. We have our CDL and over 15 years hauling experience. We do our best to make sure we show the difference in caring personal transport and not making it just another business transaction. We love what we do for a living. ;) We live in Virginia and we will get your horse(s) anywhere you need them to as if you were doing it yourself. We Provide : hay and water for your horse(s) at no charge to you if you prefer your own feed just let us know we can make the arrangements. We do have a data sheet on our hay if you need a copy of it I can forward it to you. We have Saddle Carriers if you need tack and saddles hauled at no charge. We do have some sweet feed and other goodies for spoiling purposes during the road trip.
Our Requiremnts for hauling your horse : We need updated Coggins test and copies of up to date health records for the trip for safety reasons for your horse. If your state does not require these records to be transported from your place of pickup to its destination please send me the proof for my records if you choose to use our services.
We have hauled draft horses worth thousands down to our home town quarter horses. We are a company dedicated to your needs and we are the trusted company you can count on, even to last minute needs.
