I am a mature professional female looking for another one or two professionals to share in the rental of a horse property in the Northern Virginia area. I presently live in a four bedroom 31/2 bath townhouse in Woodbridge and would like to move on to a horse property in the Dec 2012/Jan 2013 timeframe. I will likely be able to furnish most of the house. I am hoping I could find something in the Aldie, Middleburg or the Great Falls area. However, I am open to other areas as well, as long is the commute to work is not too far. My goal is to find another professional or two that can afford to split the cost and upkeep with me with expenses not to exceed $1800 per month per person with all expenses included.
