RAWL offers simple and affordable spay/neuter services to Rappahannock
and neighboring county dogs and cats. Partnered with the Shenandoah
Low Cost Spay/Neuter Veterinary Clinic, we coordinate trips for twenty
or more animals at a time. The program presents animal owners with a
chance to spay/neuter at a fraction of the ordinary cost (fees range
