Do you have a small-large horse farm that you maintain yourself? Ever want to get away for a weekend or a vacation but have no reliable, knowledgeable help? Sometimes the kid across the street just won't do...
I have over 20 years of horse experience, including: management of horse farms, training, grooming, veterinary care (including IM/IV injections, laminitis, puincture wounds, etc.). I am experienced with behavioral problems, dietary issues, lameness issues, and can use just about any farm machinery. I have experience with dogs, cats, fresh & saltwater fish, parrots, cattle, llama, chickens, ducks, and turkeys.
My rates are reasonable, and I would be happy to give you a quote range upon request - just email me with the number of horses/animals, the amount of time it normally takes you to feed/care for your animals in the morning and evening, and any special requirements you or your animals may have. I am available to do drop-in feedings as well as housesitting with pet care.
I am happy to provide a resume and references (previous clients, my employer, my veterinarian, etc), and will come to your house for a free consultation to meet your animals beforehand and learn your routine. I have worked in the small animal veterinary field for over 2 years and also volunteer with my certified therapy dog Kassie. My top client has 25 horses as well as cattle, chickens, turkeys, and ducks and I would love for you to speak with her regarding my skills and professionalism.
