I currently have a business boarding horses but i am looking to upgrade the facility. This is what I am looking for in my next barn.
* large riding ring
* 20 stall (minimum)
* 25 acres (minimum)
* tack room and/or office
* fairfax or prince william counties only. I have boarders i want to keep :)
apartment or small house would be great. please keep in mind the list is the bare minimum and more is ok and even preferred. but i cannot do any less. Thanks for the help!
