Entry Fees: $15 per class if pre-entered, $20 per class day of entry
EMAILED entries preferred- due 24 hours prior to show

Show starts at 9:00AM
Schooling runs from 7:30AM – 8:45AM

Additional schooling available the day prior
to the show for a $15 ring fee.
Please contact us if you plan to school the day before.


Hard Copy of Coggins within 12 months required. Proof of Flu/Rhino vaccination within 180 days of show required.
Ribbons awarded to 6th place. Champion and Reserve awarded for each division. Points scored as follows: First-10, Second-6, Third-4, Fourth-2, Fifth-1, Sixth-.5, Champion-10, and Reserve-6.
ASTM-SEI Certified helmets required when mounted.
This show is an associate member of the VHSA and a member of the BHSA. Every class offered herein, which is covered by the rules and regulations of the current VHSA/BHSA rule books will be conducted and judged accordingly.
All dogs MUST be on a leash and kept near trailer parking. No dogs allowed by the arena entry gate or concessions area.
There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.
Each class must have three (3) entries to fill a class with the exception of Leadline, Pre-Short Stirrup, Short Stirrup Eq, Student Equitation and Working Hunter. Which must have at least 2 eligible entries for BHSA.
Management reserves the right to deny entries or cancel classes.
In case of inclement weather, shows may be cancelled. A message will be posted on Facebook by 6 am.

Leadline: Open to children 7 years and younger as of December 1 of the current show year. Only Class 3 judged 50% Equitation and 50% suitability will count for BHSA points. Riders not allowed to cross enter into any classes where they would be asked to trot.
Pre-Short Stirrup Equitation: Open to riders 10 years and under as of December 1 of the current show year. Riders not allowed to cross enter into classes where they would be asked to canter or jump. BHSA, DCA
Short-Stirrup Equitation: Open to riders 12 years and under as of December 1 of the current show year. Jumps may not exceed 18". Riders not allowed to cross enter into classes where they would jump over 18". Courses may be trotted. BHSA, DCA division
Hunter Short Stirrup. Open to horses and ponies ridden by children 12 years and under as of December 1. Jumps 18". Riders not allowed to cross enter into any class where they must jump over 18". VHSA, DCA
Long Stirrup Equitation: Open to riders 13 and over as of December 1 of the current show year. Jumps may not exceed 18". Riders not allowed to cross enter into classes where they would jump over 18". Courses may be trotted.
Opportunity Hunter: Open to all horses/ponies not cross entering in any divisions where they would be asked to jump higher than 18"
Student Equitation: Open to riders in their first or second year of showing over fences at 2' or higher as of December 1 of the current show year. Courses may be trotted. BHSA division
Limit Rider Hunter: Open to horses & ponies ridden by Juniors & Adult Amateurs who are not entered in any classes jumping 2'6" or higher. These riders are not eligible for AA Eq, Pony Eq, or Jr./Children's Eq. Ponies must be ridden by Juniors. Horses and Ponies may cross enter into other divisions Courses to be a minimum off 6 fences set at 2'3". BHSA division
Hunter Pleasure Pony: Open to ponies ridden by Juniors with Hunter tack. To be judged on manners, suitability, soundness and way of going. BHSA/VHSA/DCA division
Pony Equitation: Open to Juniors mounted on ponies. Jump heights to be a 2' for Small Ponies, 2'3" for Medium Ponies and 2'6" for Large Ponies. At least ¼ of the riders may return for the flat phase. BHSA/VHSA class
Pony Hunter: Open to Ponies 14.2 and under ridden by Juniors, Small ponies measure 12.2 h and under and jump 2'. Medium ponies measure over 12.2 h but do not exceed 13.2 h and jump 2'3". Large ponies measure over 13.2 h and do not exceed 14.2 h and jump 2'6". BHSA/VHSA
Junior Hunter Pleasure Horse: Open to horses ridden by Juniors shown with hunter tack. May be combined with Adult Pleasure. To be judged on manners, suitability, soundness and way of going. BHSA/VHSA/DCA
Adult Hunter Pleasure Horse: Open to horses ridden by Adults shown with hunter tack. May be combined with Junior Pleasure. Horses may not cross into Junior Pleasure. To be judged on manners, suitability, soundness and way of going. BHSA/VHSA/DCA division
Equitation on the Flat: Open to Juniors and AA. May be split into Jrs. 14 & under, Jrs. 15-17, & Adult Am. May be combined if any or all sections have less than 3 entries. To be shown at the walk, trot and canter both ways of the ring and judged on position, control and guidance. BHSA/VHSA class
Maiden Hunter: Open to horses and ponies in their first year of showing over fences at 2' or higher as of December 1 of the current show year. No restrictions on riders. Jumps 2'. BHSA division
Thoroughbred Hunter: Limited to horses that are registered with or are eligible to be registered with the Jockey Club. Height will be no lower than 2'6". May be combined with Green Hunter. BHSA/VHSA/DCA
Green Hunter Horse/Pony: Open to horses in their first or second year of showing over fences at 2'6" or higher and ponies in their first year of showing at regulation heights as of December 1 of the current show year, including Pleasure and Equitation classes over fences. Fences at 2' for Small Ponies, 2'3" for Medium Ponies, and 2'6" for Large Ponies ridden by Juniors, and Horses. BHSA/VHSA/DCA division
Low Hunter: Open to horses and ponies. No restrictions on riders. Jumps 2' or 2'3". BHSA/DCA division
Children's/Adult Amateur Equitation: Open to Juniors and Amateurs. Jump Heights 2'6". BHSA/VHSA class
Adult Amateur Hunter: Open to horses and ponies not ridden in a Pony Division ridden by Adult Amateurs. May be combined with Children's Hunter. Jumps 2'6". BHSA/VHSA/DCA division
Children's Hunter: Open to horses ridden by Juniors. Jumps 2'6". BHSA/VHSA/DCA division
Working Hunter: Open to all horses not entered in a Pony Division. Jumps 2'6" or 3'. BHSA (3') VHSA/DCA
Directions
From Fredericksburg: Take Rt. 17 North toward Warrenton for approximately 20 miles. (You will see a giant roller skate on the right). Take the next Right onto Ritchie Road. Follow for 2 miles. Turn Left onto Rogues Road. Follow for 2 miles. Turn left into driveway. (Driveway is immediately after a Christmas Tree Farm). Arena is past the barns. From Warrenton: Follow Meetze Road 9 miles. Turn Right onto Rt. 28S (Catlett Road). Follow for 2 miles, turn Left onto Rt, 610 (Midland Road). Go over Railroad tracks, turn Right onto Rogues Road. Follow for 1.5 miles. 11176 is on the Right. If you pass a Christmas Tree Farm you have gone too far.
