16.2, 10 years old mare. Mare has experience schooling 2'6 with plenty of scope to move up, and has no buck, spook, rear or bolt. She is best suited for an intermediate on up, has a nice mouth and responds to aids.

Owner also has a truck and trailer so off property schooling and showing may be available

*please note this mare is not currently located here. I am putting this up to see if I have anyone interested before i make the move to bring her up here from down south.

Options
1: Half leaser has a set cost per month, owner remains responsible for all bills. Minimum 6 month commitment, prefer year. Lease fee due BY first of every month. Facility has an indoor, 2 outdoors, miles of trails, and hosts schooling shows. Leaser would have 2-3 days/week. Must use owner's preferred trainer.
2: Care lease (care leaser responsible for mortality insurance, its not "free" but is low cost). Prefer 1-2 people sharing her, not a lesson program. All care costs to leaser. Minimum year.
