Beautiful 30 acre farm
Our 6 stall Co-Op has one stall available for a well-mannered, low maintenance owner and their horse. Our facility is very well kept, our horses are kind, and our barn is quiet. The co-op barn "chores" are split between all boarders equally as there is no paid staff. Each member shares monthly chores, cares for the horses and is included in all decisions regarding the barn. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality individualized care to each of our horses. Your horse must lead easily. No thoroughbreds - property owner's decision.
Amenities include: unlimited quality hay and bedding, hot/cold wash stall, 12x12 matted box stalls, heated/AC tack room, large outdoor sand/bluestone riding ring, access to trails, small group turn out in 6 lush summer pastures and individual paddocks for winter turn out. Owners are welcome to bring in licensed-insured trainer(s) for private sessions. Free trailer parking.
