I have 2 horses for on-site lease while I'm pregnant but can be longer for the right person!
One is a 13yr old 16.2hh ottb gelding. (Partial lease)
He's my hunter jumper! He'll go on trail rides with a buddy but it's been awhile since I'm always alone. No buck, bolt, or rear. But does need an experienced rider. As he can be picky about his rider. And does better with soft hands!
My other horse is a 15yr old 14.3 appy mare! (Partial lease but will consider full lease)
Shes my hop on and go type horse! She trail rides alone or with a buddy.
She also loves to jump but can be a bit forward.
No rear, buck, or bolt. Must be confident a rider and let her know who's the boss. Doesn't do anything bad but will be a bit testy at first.
Both horses will be stay on-site. And will not be for sale. But the right person will have the opportunity to show!
Full lease. You'll be paying for board, farrier, and vet bills. Just like owning a horse but in my care)
Partial lease. You'll be paying for half of everything. and only paying for vet bill of something on your watch happens
