The owners of the 50+ acre farm in Lincoln, VA (just south of Purcellville) that I've lived on for 4 years have put the property on the market. I'm ISO of a 2-br (minimum) cottage or home in Western Loudoun County, or Clarke County, VA. I would be the only resident, with the exception of my 28-lb Welsh corgi. I am a long-term, responsible tenant with excellent landlord references, impeccable credit, and a quiet lifestyle. As a horseperson, I am happy to provide ad-hoc barn help on an as-needed basis.
