My husband and I are looking into finding a small barn property with any type of living quarters, within about an hour of Warrenton, VA (pretty flexible on location for perfect fit). Looking to keep my horse there and take in a few boarders.
Experienced business owner/operators of a farm sitting business. We are looking to move into horse boarding.

Good credit, clean background checks, employed (work from home at our full time jobs), willing to provide references upon request.

**MUST HAVE VERY FLEXIBLE PET POLICY. We have multiple very well behaved, 110% potty trained, sweet, mostly quiet (unless the Amazon guy is pulling up), adult dogs. You are welcome to meet my pack ahead of time, they are very friendly!

Very casually searching, in no rush, budget is flexible depending on barn size and rental agreement.
