Dynamic Dressage, LLC is entertaining the possibility of finding a new home base for the of training elite dressage horses in NoVA, starting in the spring of 2025 upon our tentative return to the area from Florida.

I have been in the NoVA area since 2019, planting roots, and forming Dynamic Dressage in 2020. The team has happily been at our current facility for over 3 years! However, at times in life there is a natural shift in the tide as the years go by, and with my upcoming 6-month (Nov. 1 - May 1) Florida plan in action, we are in a position to open ourselves to the possibilities that may be available for the business next spring. Before there is any room to form any assumptions, let me be clear: this is not a case of bad blood, a falling out, etc with our current farm of 3 years. We have been very happy, and the horses have received excellent care!! This is purely the result of a practical outlook on the future and our goals, comparing where we are today versus where we want to be tomorrow, and identifying the gaps between those realities. One does not climb the ladder of success without putting his eyes on the next rung.

That being said, Dynamic Dressage is a 100% drama free business. The love for the horse and the sport are the center focus, and in-house clients are hand picked for their similar fundamental values and ethical principles. Our business relationships are built on integrity, understanding, and respect, with the desire for a mutualistic and pragmatic approach to working together. The business model that needs to be supported by the facility we inhabit is simple, and consists of: the daily training of horses through the international Grand Prix level, teaching lessons to in-house and trailer-in students, and the import and sales of dressage horses.

The perfect home for DD looks something like:
-A facility owned and maintained by someone with a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for good business practices and horsemanship
-12-15 stalls, dry stall or Full board (full board preferred)
-Arena(s) with quality footing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Indoor/Covered desired
-Turnout to accommodate those 12-15 horses; we are comfortable with a mixture of individual turnout and some in groups of 2-3. I prefer overnight turnout throughout every season if possible, so safe run-in sheds in the fields are important.
-If in a full board situation, the standard of care should be excellent. The safety, the health, and the wellbeing of the horses comes first, every day. I am willing to negotiate a lot of wants and desires in the more superficial aspects of a facility in an effort to find the facility that maintains a standard of care that is exceptional.
-If in a dry stall situation, we would need the space and autonomy to make appropriate decisions to run an effective business.
-The *perfect* facility would have some sort of housing available on site for one to two people.

We are a down to earth, pragmatic, competent, and respectful group of individuals, and the ideal facility owner would reciprocate that same integrity and respect. We are a team with (literal) olympic goals, and we do not tolerate or perpetuate drama or disrespect in any capacity. We have fun, we support each other, and we are a family. Our next home will ideally be one to plant roots in for a long long time.
Location - ideally the Upperville area or close by to stay central for my clients, but I will consider the right facility that is located nearly anywhere relative to NoVa. I would need to be strongly convinced to look further south than Warrenton. My farrier and vet's ability to travel to us is an important factor in maintaining these boundaries.

I am open to collaborative ideas, possible investment opportunities, or hearing any other perspectives regarding building future business relationships.
At this time I am not interested in purchasing a property outright.

Please email me at DynamicDressageVA@gmail.com to discuss further information about what I want, what you have, and how that could intersect!
