Soft Landing Stables in Accokeek, Md has a few really cool horses available for partial lease (onsite only!) The farm is conveniently located to DC just a 30 min drive from Cap Hill or a 20 min drive from Old Town, Alexandria. The farm has an indoor arena to make evening riding possible for working adults! Dunnie- 9 year old AQHA gelding super fun! Rides like a little warmblood, fantastic at shows. Really fun over fences!

Ranger- 12 year old warmblood gelding, fantastic teacher, great lead change, super handsome!

Rebound- aged AQHA gelding. Flat only due to an old injury but tons of fun. Great in the ring w/t/c and over ground poles, or to trail ride. He is super safe but does have a bit of a motor, so perfect for an intermediate child/teen or petite adult- not for a total beginner.

Oakley- teenage ottb gelding. Love this guy! A super star at the farm, everyone loves him. He cleans up at horse shows, and really is just a super cool guy! Perfect for building confidence for beginners, but even intermediate/advanced riders enjoy riding him. Mostly a flat lease, but he can occasionally do small cross rails in lessons with his leaser.

We have 1-2 more possibly coming available in the next month! So reach out and let us know what you're looking for.

Our leases start at $250 a month for 2 days per week for a flat only lease(one must be a lesson) + the price of lessons which are $65 each. Horses that jump and show do have a higher lease fee, but keep our prices affordable is a goal! Reach out for more details.
