River is a 15-17 year old flea bitten grey quarter horse. About 15.2h, but we haven't sticked her.She is a fantastic trail horse and even neck rains! She goes out by herself or in a herd and likes to lead. She's not very spooky, crosses water, and is happy to walk or pick up a faster pace. She went to an Equine Trail Sports competition this summer and did very well with all of the obstacles! She is picky with her saddles, so we use a treeless and she is very comfortable in it. She has also been ridden bareback and did great! She did founder before she was given to us, so she does best with limited grass, but otherwise an easy keeper. She loads great, good with donkeys, chickens, other horses,dogs,and goats. She is a more introverted horse and is in bottom of the herd. Although she is older, she has plenty of years left in her, so we are selling her as a trail horse or if you just need a pasture mate. She is UTD on vaccines, coggins, and teeth.
