Located in Central Virginia (Stanardsville): 2 hours from DC, 2 hours from Fredericksburg, 1.5 hours from Richmond at the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains. Airbnb available on site and next door for out of town visits.
Retirement boarding available at Celt Run Farm. Small, private farm with limited number of horses. Small group turnout. Grass pastures cross grazed with sheep to create excellent forage. Shelter available in field arrangements, hay huts used to keep hay in excellent condition. High-quality hay provided. Grain/supplements will happily be fed if owner-provided or funded (we have several coops that deliver). Email for additional information.
