Need to relocate by the end of February as my current landlord has decided that after 8 years of me renting they want to use the barn themselves. I need at least 7 stalls and two separate pastures preferably that do not share a fence line, unless electric can be added to keep horses from playing over the fence. Ride out and an arena would be great but aren't necessities. I also need living quarters for me and my two well behaved foxhounds (always kept on leash and crated when home alone) and 3 cats. I would prefer to find a place where both me and my horses can live but willing to look at separate places as long as they are close by. I'd love to stay within an hour of Chantilly, VA as thats where I work, but I'm willing to relocate for the right place if I can find a job. Also very willing to take care of lanlords animals to help reduce rent cost.

I have been involved with horses for 33yrs. These are my personal horses and not a business, so there won't be people coming and going all the time. My horses range from 24yr old retired broodmares to teenaged fox hunters and barrel racers to a 3yr old future ranch/reining horse. I have worked for numerous fox hunts in the area and also as an equine nurse at a local equine hospital. I'd love to find another long-term place that is first most safe for my horses and secondly where I can ride and enjoy them. I do like to breed occasionally so a place set up for that would be extra nice.
