Needs:

- Room for 18 horses - Pasture and turnout options are most important as horses all live out 24/7 Preferably a minimum of 3-4 stalls. More is great.

- Need at least 3 seperate fields with shelfer or allowance to build shelter (preferably more options).

- Allows 3 potbelly pigs (fairly small area needed and I have fencing and shelter for them

- Housing on property that allows large dog and cats Or ability to park a camper on property.

- Needed by April 30



Prefer Berryville, Boyce, Winchester, Stephens City, Charles Town areas but will consider other areas within an hour drive of Boyce. Budget dependent on facilities. Excellent rental references available.
