Hello! I am a single female looking for either a small cottage w/room for two horses or a barn apartment to rent, preferably within an hour of Middleburg, VA.

I'm very quiet and keep to myself. I am not a smoker nor do I do drugs, I do enjoy a glass of wine every now and then however! I currently hold a Bachelor's degree and work full time in the medical field and have a reliable working record going back 15 years. I am also the barn manager for a well known trainer in my area.

I currently have two well behaved horses, one well behaved dog, and three well behaved cats. I have references that can back up these claims both professional and personal should it be needed.

I am looking to relocate to Virginia and immerse myself into the equestrian community! I am also not opposed to working off a portion or rent or board for my horses as I have over 25 years of equine experience under my belt including but not limited to barn management, medical, training, and instruction.
