End Run "Elvis" - 16.2hh 2018 TB Gelding sired by Lookin At Lucky out of a Dance With Ravens mare. Event miles through novice, but is looking for a showjumping/dressage job due to his overly cautious nature out on cross country. He will only be placed in the absolute best of homes.
This horse is just a good dude. Scores in the mid-20s on the flat and is rideable and scopey in the jumper ring. Has schooled comfortably up to training level SJ (3'3") with scope for plenty more. Hacks out alone or in company, can go bareback/brideless. He has given boyfriends their first ever pony rides and even taught my 60 year old dad how to trot this summer. Same horse on/off property. Self loads on the trailer. Stands for vet/farrier. Up to date on vaccines and coggins.
Elvis is a funny personality in the barn. He's not the biggest cuddle bug, but would gladly show you his goofy "smile" for hours on end (make sure you have a stockpile of treats). He can always give you a good laugh.
I just took care of his routine maintenance for the year. Happy to discuss with interested parties - it is very reasonable. He does sport a screw in his knee from an old slab fracture sustained racing. This has caused him absolutely ZERO issues and has not required any special attention in the 2.5 years I've had him. Happy to share original x-rays from when the screw was placed. He also does need good ulcer prevention/maintenance, but it is managed well.
