Blue Ridge Center for Therapeutic Horsemanship (BRCTH) is urgently seeking to lease a suitable facility, preferably in Clarke County, southern Frederick County or northern Warren County.

Barn with 4 or 5 stalls, wide aisles and space to cross-ties three horses. Large tack room, wash stall and adequate storage. One or two large paddocks, preferably with run-in sheds, and one or two small paddocks. Dry lot would be a plus. Large, well-fenced arena with good footing. Indoor arena would be a plus!

Parking for 10 vehicles. Access to trails a plus.

IF a shared facility, we require separate and distinct stable and work areas.
