Hi there! I'm a 26-year-old female looking to rent a private apartment, cottage, or studio on a farm or peaceful rural property near Charlottesville, VA (within ~30 minutes). I'm hoping to find a quiet, natural setting—ideally with animals and open land.
I'm also open to exchanging work for a rent reduction, especially helping with barn chores or general farm duties. I have extensive horse experience—I've been around horses since childhood, with years of riding, leasing, competing, and teaching under my belt. I'd love the opportunity to contribute around the barn and possibly ride from time to time.
Living on a farm has always been a dream of mine, and I hope to eventually lease a horse and keep it on-site where I live. While that's a goal, it's not a requirement.
I'm respectful, dependable, clean, and responsible, and I truly value quiet, rural living and caring for animals.
