It is a 18-19inch seat with horn, It is by far the most beautiful saddle I have seen yet and I've been around saddles for 23 years. I had traided it for another saddle in hopes to fit my horse and it did not bummer! I do not want to get rid of it but whats the point of keeping a saddle you'll never use so here it is the crem de la crem of stocks feel free to contact me if intrested Thank you
