Potential Horse boarding facility in Thaxton, Va. Barn amenities include
10 stalls (3 of which are oversized stalls for foaling mares)
Riding Ring
Round Pen
Electric Fencing for 3 different pastures
H/C wash stall
Grain will need to be provided by the owner, unless horse is in full care stall
Owner lives on site

Need to know if anyone is interested in boarding before I make a commitment to rent the barn and fields.

Prices are going to be around
$125 self care field board
$200 Self care stall board (includes stall, feed and water twice per day)
$300 Full care stall board (includes stall, blanketing, turnout, and feed and water twice per day)
