Win Swept Farm, LLC is a beautiful private equestrian farm nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains with easy access to I-66, and I-81 in Middletown, Virginia. Conveniently located with easy access to Northern Virginia, and Washington DC. Win Swept Farm is owned and operated by Sue Isenberg Fryant and her husband, Dave. Sue has 30 years of experience in stable management, teaching and training. She earned her USDF Bronze Medal and is halfway to getting her Silver medal. She is also a certified instructor with the British Horse Society where she learned under the tutelage of both Jayne Bartle-Wilson and Christopher Bartle. Win Swept Farm has limited availability for full care field board. Each paddock and pasture is enclosed with shockline flex fencing to ensure horses remain safe. This is a perfect opportunity for a few retirees or those that ride occasionally and want a drama free environment.
Full care field board $450 a month, includes:
-Grain 2x a day if needed
-Orchardgrass hay
-Electrolytes
-12x24 run in sheds in large pastures
-10x10 run in small paddock for single horse or a couple of minis
-Automatic waterers and/or water troughs depending on field
-Weekly grooming
-Blanketing/fly masks (blankets, fly masks,etc provided by owner)
-Holding for vet and farrier(vet and farrier expenses are owners responsibility)
-Pictures and videos will be sent to owners who live out of the area on a regular basis.
Those interested in overnight boarding while traveling:
Stall with bedding $35 a night
Paddock with run in $25 a night
RV hook up (30 amp) $30 a night
Negative coggins, health certificate (for those traveling or retirement horses coming from out of state) and release of liability signed.
